Here's how Recruiters Advantage helps you save time & money.

Step 1: Job Definition

  • Our online job specification tool will guide you through the process of developing a thorough job description.

  • You specify the education, experience, skills and behavioral traits you need. You also determine which of these items are “Required”, which are “Desired”, and the proficiency levels needed.

  • You can even add interview questions to your job specs that will give candidates an opportunity to demonstrate, by example, how they really meet your criteria.

  • A Recruiters Advantage Relationship Manager will review your Job Listing and provide feedback to help make your job as attractive as possible to your prospective job candidates.

Step 2: Create Your Job Web Page

  • Recruiters Advantage will use your job specifications to design a personalized web page that we will use to "sell" your job opportunity and encourage highly qualified candidates to apply. See a Sample.

Step 3: Candidate Sourcing

  • We search major job boards such as Monster and Careerbuilder as well as local and specialty job boards and our proprietary talent community to find candidates who match your criteria.

  • When necessary we will also post your position on Monster, Careerbuilder and other local and specialty career sites.

  • Candidates who meet your criteria are invited to apply to your Job Listing.

Step 4: Screening & Scoring

  • Interested candidates are asked to complete the Recruiters Advantage online application for your job. See a Sample.

  • Candidate responses are matched against ”Desired” qualifications.

Step 5: Results

  • You are provided with the results from every candidate who applied to your job opening. See a Sample.

  • Candidate results are scored and rank ordered based on how well they match your required and desired skills, experience, education and behavioral traits.

  • You have the ability to filter and download the results in a variety of ways to make it easy to choose the candidates you want for personal interviews and final selection by your organization.
