Terms of Use

This page defines the "Terms of Use" under which you may use Recruitersadvantage.com, a website owned and operated by Recruiters Advantage LLC. (“Recruiters Advantage”).

These Terms of Use include the Privacy Statement which is incorporated into these Terms of Use. By using Recruitersadvantage.com, you are indicating your agreement to these Terms of Use, including our Privacy Statement.

Please read this page carefully. If you do not accept the Terms of Use stated here, do not use the Web site and the services we offer. By using Recruitersadvantage.com, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the provisions of these Terms of Use.

Recruiters Advantage may revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms of Use, because they are binding on you. The terms "you" and "user" as used herein refer to all individuals and/or companies, organizations, employers or entities accessing this web site for any reason.

1. Eligibility.
You must be 18 years of age or older to visit or use Recruitersadvantage.com in any manner. By visiting Recruitersadvantage.com or accepting these Terms of Use, you represent and warrant to Recruiters Advantage:
(a) you are 18 years of age or older;
(b) that you have the right, authority and capacity to agree to and abide by these Terms of Use;
(c) you also represent and warrant to Recruiters Advantage that you will use Recruitersadvantage.com in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use of Recruiters Advantage Content.
Recruiters Advantage authorizes you to view and access a single copy of the content available on or from Recruitersadvantage.com solely for your personal use. All information, documents and services provided on this site, including trademarks, logos, graphics, images, button icons, text, methodology, processes and software, collectively known as the “Content”, are provided to you by Recruiters Advantage. Except as expressly stated herein, you acknowledge that you have no right, title or interest in or to the Content on any legal basis.

The Content of Recruitersadvantage.com and of any other websites under Recruiters Advantage's control are protected under both United States and foreign copyright, trademark and other laws. All Recruiters Advantage Content is the property of Recruiters Advantage or its content suppliers or clients. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on the Recruiters Advantage sites are the exclusive property of Recruiters Advantage and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of the Recruiters Advantage Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. You must retain all copyright, trademark, service mark and other proprietary notices contained in the original Recruiters Advantage Content on any copy you make of the Recruiters Advantage Content.

Third parties may provide certain information and content to Recruiters Advantage called “Third Party Content”. The Third Party Content is, in each case, the copyrighted work of the creator/licensor and may be subject to terms of use and/or privacy policies of such third parties. Please contact the appropriate third party for further information regarding such terms. Recruiters Advantage disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to content provided by third parties, including all implied warranties of merchant ability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

This site may provide links to other web sites or resources over which Recruiters Advantage does not have control. Such links do not constitute an endorsement by Recruiters Advantage of those external web sites. You acknowledge that Recruiters Advantage is providing these links to you only as a convenience and further agree that Recruiters Advantage is not responsible for the content of such external web sites. Your use of external web sites is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies located on the linked to external web sites.

Prior to gaining access to certain services on the site, Recruiters Advantage will require you to set up a user name and password as indicated in the registration procedures posted on the site. You agree to comply with the process specified by Recruiters Advantage regarding obtaining and updating Passwords for the site and the services. You agree to assume sole responsibility for the security of the Passwords issued to you. Passwords are subject to cancellation or suspension by Recruiters Advantage at any time, including upon the misuse of such Passwords and the re-issuance or reactivation of Passwords. You agree to insure that you will use your best efforts to prevent any third party from obtaining your Password, and you shall inform Recruiters Advantage immediately, in writing, of any actual or potential unauthorized access to a Password or to the site and/or the services.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for the information and material that you submit to the site, and that you, and not Recruiters Advantage, will have full responsibility for each such submission, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality and copyright. Unless otherwise explicitly stated herein or in the Privacy Policy, you agree that any submission provided by you in connection with this site, is provided on a non-proprietary and non- confidential basis. Subject to our compliance with our Privacy policy, you agree that Recruiters Advantage shall be free to use or disseminate a submission on an unrestricted basis for any purpose. No information you submit shall be deemed confidential unless you specifically notify Recruiters Advantage to the contrary; HOWEVER, Recruiters Advantage agrees to use your information in accordance with Recruiters Advantage’s Privacy Policy applicable to identifiable information.

3. Recruiters Advantage Site Restrictions.
You may not sell or modify the Recruiters Advantage Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Recruiters Advantage Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose. The use of the Recruiters Advantage Content on any other web site or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. You shall not copy or adapt the HTML code that Recruiters Advantage creates to generate any Recruiters Advantage Content or the pages making up any Recruiters Advantage site which is also protected by Recruiters Advantage's copyright.

You are prohibited from taking any action to circumvent or attempt to circumvent the security and access control provisions of the site and the services. Such prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, any efforts to:
(a) log in to an account with a password NOT assigned to you;
(b) access personally identifiable information not intended for you;
(c) test the security measures on the site and/or attempt to identify system vulnerabilities;
(d) impersonate any other user or system administrator of the site and/or the services or forge any of the header information in any Job Listing or tamper with the underlying computer code for the site and/or the services; or
(e) to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to any Recruiters Advantage site, overloading, "flooding", "spamming", "mailbombing" or "crashing"; or
(f) forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.

Recruiters Advantage will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

Your continued use of the site and the services is expressly conditioned on your compliance with the preceding prohibitions and with the obligations and restrictions. You acknowledge that Recruiters Advantage expressly prohibits and you agree NOT to:

  • Provide any false or misleading information about your identity or employment data provided by you to Recruiters Advantage in relation to your use or access to the site and/or the services.
  • Knowingly post any false or misleading submissions or information.
  • Use the site and/or the services to violate any applicable law or regulation, including, without limitation, the infringement of any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right of others, or violate the privacy or publicity rights of any other person.
  • Provide any submissions or information that is abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, obscene, threatening or otherwise objectionable.
  • Annoy, harass, stalk or otherwise subject any other user of the site and/or the services to unwanted and/or inappropriate contact.
  • Submit any Job Listing which requires payment from the candidate.
  • Use the site, services and/or Content for any purpose other than to identify prospective candidates for clients’ employment opportunities and/or to identify employment opportunities for prospective candidates.
  • Make any changes, additions and/or deletions to any submissions of any client or candidate without the expressed or agreed upon authorization of such user.
  • Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large burden on the site’s infrastructure.
  • Intentionally expose the site and/or the services to any computer virus or any other program or code intended to disrupt or disable operations of the site and/or the services.

The list of prohibitions listed above is illustrative and is not intended to be complete or exclusive. Recruiters Advantage reserves the right to terminate our relationship with you under these Terms and prohibit your access to the site and/or the services for any action that Recruiters Advantage, in its sole judgment, determines to be inappropriate or disruptive to the site, the services or to any user.

4. Specific Prohibited Uses.
The Employer and Candidate features, functions and services of Recruitersadvantage.com may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information and by employers seeking candidates for employment.

Recruiters Advantage specifically prohibits any other use of Recruitersadvantage.com, and all Users agree not to do any of the following:
(a) post jobs or content on any Recruiters Advantage site that contain any hyperlinks, "hidden" keywords or any keywords that are irrelevant to the job or are otherwise misleading contained in a job posting are prohibited;
(b) post jobs for modeling or talent or talent scouting positions on any Recruiters Advantage site;
(c) use any Recruiters Advantage site Candidate or Resume information for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees, including but not limited to using the information Recruiters Advantage provides to sell or promote any products or services;
(d) post on any Recruiters Advantage site any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment, pays commissions only (except for postings that make clear that the available job pays commission only and clearly describes the product or service that the job seeker would be selling, in which case such postings are permissible), requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents;
(e) send unsolicited mail or e-mail, making unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited faxes regarding promotions and/or advertising of products or services to a user of any Recruiters Advantage site;
(f) delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity;
(g) take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on any Recruiters Advantage site's infrastructure;
(h) notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search any Recruiters Advantage site other than generally available third party web browsers (e.g., Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Explorer);
(i) attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of any Recruiters Advantage site;
(j) aggregate, copy or duplicate in any manner any of the Content or information available from any Recruiters Advantage site; or
(k) frame or link to any of Recruiters Advantage Content or information available from any Recruiters Advantage site.

The prohibitions listed above do not impose on Recruiters Advantage, and Recruiters Advantage does not assume any obligation to monitor or remove any information or communication submitted by you or any other person, company or organization.

5. Recruiters Advantage Property.
The trademarks, service marks, brands, logos and designs, together and separately known as “Trademarks” of Recruiters Advantage used on this site are the property of Recruiters Advantage. You may not remove or alter any Trademark. You may not use any Trademark displayed on the site without the express prior written permission of Recruiters Advantage and nothing contained on this site grants by implication, waiver, estoppel or otherwise, any right to use such Trademarks. All the Content appearing on this site, including but not limited to text elements, site design, images and icons, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Recruiters Advantage, unless otherwise specified. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, any reproduction, distribution, modification, retransmission or publication of any copyrighted material is strictly prohibited without the expressed written consent of Recruiters Advantage.

6. User Content and Submissions.
You are solely responsible for your Recruiters Advantage Account Information, Profile, Content, Messages or other information ("User Content") that you submit, publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on any Recruiters Advantage site or transmit to other Users. By posting User Content to any Recruiters Advantage site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Recruiters Advantage an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such User Content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such User Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses thereof.

By posting User Content to any public or non-public area of any Recruiters Advantage site, you grant Recruiters Advantage and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display the User Content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content. Subject to the foregoing, the owner of such User Content placed any Recruiters Advantage site retains any and all rights that may exist in such User Content.

Recruiters Advantage acts as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of User Content and has no obligation to screen communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring User Content posted by Users. However, Recruiters Advantage may review and delete any User Content that, in the sole judgment of Recruiters Advantage, violates these Terms of Use, violates applicable law, rule or regulation, is offensive or illegal or violates the rights of, harms or threatens the safety of Users of any Recruiters Advantage site. Recruiters Advantage reserves the right to expel Users and prevent their further access to the Recruiters Advantage sites for violating the Terms of Use or applicable law, rule or regulation and the right to remove User Content which is in violation of the Terms of Use, abusive, illegal, or disruptive. Recruiters Advantage may take any action with respect to User Content that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion, if it believes it may create liability for Recruiters Advantage or may cause Recruiters Advantage to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers.

The following is a partial list of User Content that is prohibited on the Recruiters Advantage sites. The list below is for illustration only and is not a complete list of all prohibited User Content:

(a) Content that is implicitly or explicitly offensive, such as User Content that engages in, endorses or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
(b) harasses, incites harassment or advocates harassment of another any group or individual;
(c) involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";
(d) promotes or endorses false or misleading information or illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
(e) promotes or endorses an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing or making available pirated computer programs or links to them,
(f) making available information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing or making available pirated music or other media or links to pirated music or other media files;
(g) contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images;
(h) displays or links to pornographic, indecent or sexually explicit material of any kind;
(i) provides or links to material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual, violent or other manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
(j) provides instructional information about illegal activities or other activities prohibited by these Terms, including without limitation, making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or provides or creates computer viruses or pirating any media; and solicits passwords or personal identifying information from other Users.

Recruiters Advantage reserves the right in its sole discretion to investigate and take legal action against anyone who engages in any illegal or prohibited conduct or otherwise violates these Terms of Use, including without limitation, removing the User Content from the Recruiters Advantage sites and/or terminating the offending User's ability to access the Recruiters Advantage sites and/or use Recruiters Advantage services. Recruiters Advantage may take any other action with respect to User Content or User actions that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes it may create liability for Recruiters Advantage or may cause Recruiters Advantage to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers.

Recruiters Advantage does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of User Content or any other communications posted by Users or endorse any opinions expressed by Users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other Users will be at your own risk.

Recruiters Advantage has no obligation to screen User Content in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring User Content posted by Users. If notified by a User of communications which allegedly do not conform to these Terms of Use, Recruiters Advantage may in its sole discretion investigate the allegation and determine whether to take any other actions whether to remove or request the removal of the User Content. Recruiters Advantage has no liability or responsibility to Users for performance or nonperformance of such activities.

We appreciate hearing from our Users and welcome your comments regarding our services and the Recruiters Advantage sites. Please be advised, however, that our policy does not permit us to accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions, inventions or Content other than those that we have specifically requested. While we do value your feedback on our services, please be specific in your comments regarding our services and do not submit creative ideas, inventions, suggestions, or Content. If, despite our request, you send us creative suggestions, ideas, drawings, concepts, inventions, or other information (collectively the "Submission"), the Submission shall be the property of Recruiters Advantage; none of the Submission shall be subject to any obligation of confidentiality on our part and we shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submission. Recruiters Advantage shall own exclusively all now known or later discovered rights to the Submission and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submission for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to you or any other person who submitted the Submission.

7. Recruiters Advantage Liability.
Recruitersadvantage.com acts as a venue for employers to post job opportunities and candidates to post applications and resumes and does not screen or censor the listings offered. Recruiters Advantage is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. As a result, Recruiters Advantage has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or applications and resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings or any User Content and makes no representations about any jobs, resumes or User Content on Recruitersadvantage.com.

You acknowledge and agree that this site and/or the services may include certain errors, omissions, and/or outdated information that may affect the quality of the Content. You acknowledge that the Content have not been independently verified or authenticated in whole or in part by Recruiters Advantage, and agree that Recruiters Advantage does not warrant the accuracy or timeliness of the Content. You further agree that Recruiters Advantage has no liability for any errors or omissions in the Content, whether provided by Recruiters Advantage or its licensors.

In addition, note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through Recruitersadvantage.com and/or the other Recruiters Advantage sites. By its very nature, other people's information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases will be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. We expect that you will use caution and common sense when using Recruitersadvantage.com and/or the other Recruiters Advantage sites.

Because user authentication on the Internet is difficult, Recruiters Advantage cannot and does not confirm that each User is who they claim to be. Because we do not and cannot be involved in user-to-user dealings or control the behavior of participants on any Recruiters Advantage site, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more Users, you release Recruiters Advantage (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code d1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."

The Recruiters Advantage sites and the Recruiters Advantage Content may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Recruiters Advantage makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any Recruiters Advantage site or the Recruiters Advantage Content. The use of all Recruiters Advantage sites and the Recruiters Advantage Content is at your own risk. Changes are periodically made to Recruiters Advantage sites and may be made at any time.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume or material contained therein placed by you on the Recruiters Advantage sites. Employers are solely responsible for their postings on Recruiters Advantage sites. Recruiters Advantage is not to be considered to be an employer with respect to your use of any Recruiters Advantage site and Recruiters Advantage shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason made, made by any entity posting jobs on any Recruiters Advantage site.

Recruiters Advantage, for itself and any of its licensors, makes no representations, warranties or guarantees as to the quality, suitability, truth, accuracy or completeness of any information or material contained on the site and/or the services, including, without limitation, the Content and any Third Party Content. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and/or the services and any information or material contained on the site is provided to you on an “as is” and “where is” basis.

Neither Recruiters Advantage nor any of its partners, agents, affiliates, third party providers or content providers shall be liable to you or any third party for any forms of damages. Such damages would cover, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential occurrences arising out of or related to the use of or attempted use of the site or the services. This would include, but would not be limited to, the results of your use of the site and/or the services. It would also include any external web sites linked to this site or the Content on the site, however arising, whether for breach or in tort, even if Recruiters Advantage was informed of the possibility of such damages.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty.
RECRUITERS ADVANTAGE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY RECRUITERS ADVANTAGE SITE WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY RECRUITERS ADVANTAGE SITE AND ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS. IF YOUR USE OF ANY RECRUITERS ADVANTAGE SITE OR THE RECRUITERS ADVANTAGE CONTENT RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING OR REPLACING EQUIPMENT OR DATA, RECRUITERS ADVANTAGE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE COSTS. THE RECRUITERS ADVANTAGE SITES AND RECRUITER ADVANTAGE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. RECRUITERS ADVANTAGE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RECRUITERS ADVANTAGE MAKES NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE RECRUITERS ADVANTAGE CONTENT, SERVICES, SOFTWARE, TEXT, GRAPHICS, AND LINKS.

9. Disclaimer of Consequential Damages.
IN NO EVENT SHALL RECRUITERS ADVANTAGE, ITS SUPPLIERS, OR ANY THIRD PARTIES MENTIONED ON ANY RECRUITERS ADVANTAGE SITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY RECRUITERS ADVANTAGE SITE AND THE RECRUITERS ADVANTAGE CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT RECRUITERS ADVANTAGE IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Limitation of Liability.
RECRUITERS ADVANTAGE’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY RECRUITERS ADVANTAGE SITE OR YOUR USE OF THE RECRUITERS ADVANTAGE CONTENT, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE), WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

11. No Resale or Unauthorized Commercial Use.
You agree not to resell or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms of Use. You also agree not to make any unauthorized commercial use of any Recruiters Advantage site.

12. Indemnity.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Recruiters Advantage, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from (i) any User Content or other material you provide to any Recruiters Advantage site, (ii) your use of any Recruiters Advantage Content, or (iii) your breach of the terms of these Terms of Use. Recruiters Advantage shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding.

13. Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy is simple and straightforward:

We will not disclose your personally identifiable information including your
name, contact information or personal data to any outside party without
your permission.

Recruiters Advantage may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When this occurs, Recruiters Advantage will post its updated Privacy Policy on our site at Recruitersadvantage.com and may choose to send you an email so you are always aware of what personally identifiable information we may collect and just how we might use this information. Recruiters Advantage encourages you to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Your continued use of this site will be subject to the then current Privacy Policy.

Filling out our on-line questionnaire is considered a preliminary application for employment. By doing so, you give us permission to release personally identifiable information such as your name, contact information and personal data to the employer whose Job Listing you are responding to. However, your personally identifiable information including your name, contact information and personal or employment data are not searchable by any outside party. Recruiters Advantage is not a Job Board.

We will disclose your personally identifiable information if we reasonably believe we are required to do so by law, regulation or other government authority. We may transfer your personally identifiable information to a successor entity upon a merger, consolidation or other corporate reorganization. Any successor entity will be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect while you are a User of Recruitersadvantage.com. Recruiters Advantage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your User Content from Recruitersadvantage.com and the other Recruiters Advantage sites and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access Recruitersadvantage.com and the other Recruiters Advantage sites and/or any other services provided to you by Recruiters Advantage, upon any breach by you of these Terms of Use or if Recruiters Advantage is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to Recruitersadvantage.com or other Recruiters Advantage site registration. Even after you are no longer a User of Recruitersadvantage.com, certain provisions of these Terms of Use will remain in effect, including Sections 2, 5,6, 7 through 14, inclusive.
