2. What sources do you use to locate your candidates?
Recruiters Advantage uses a multitude of job boards including primary sources like Monster and Careerbuilder, as well as a large number of specialized and local job boards. In addition, we search our own internal database of active and passive candidates seeking currently available people and referrals from our proprietary talent community.
3. How much time does it take to get started?
It takes about 30 minutes to complete the basics of a Job Listing
on line. The time involved depends to a large extent on the amount of information you choose to include about your company, its history and background, the "selling points" of the company and the job and the number of additional interview questions that you want to ask. The more information that you provide, the more successful you will be in attracting the quality of candidates you are seeking.
Once you have entered basic information about the company, its history and background as well as "selling points" including the reasons why people would want to work there, the system retains that data for your next Job Listing. Thus the time to enter future jobs is significantly reduced.
4. How long does it take to get results?
You will be able to review the initial results within 48 hours of the initiation of our search. You will be notified by email each time a candidate responds and you can access your search results directly from those e-mails if you wish.
You can also access your search results by logging into your account, clicking on the open order you wish to review and then clicking "View Results" which appears on the top navigation bar.
Candidates can apply for your position for a full 30 days following the initiation of your search.

5. Are there any categories or types of positions you
cannot service?
Recruiters Advantage has been successful in locating qualified job candidates for every type of position requested but two: those two are labor-level landscapers and certified secondary teachers in the state of Georgia.
6. How can Recruiters Advantage be effective covering
an unlimited spectrum of jobs at such a low price?
Using a sophisticated process for recording the details your job requisition and an automated process for mining job boards and private databases, Recruiters Advantage is able to identify potentially qualified candidates. These candidates are then invited to apply and automatically screened using your specific job criteria. Candidates who apply are scored against your requirements, and ranked based upon the "best fit" for the position. The candidates who respond are forwarded to you for further review and processing.
7. What happens if I need to fill the same position or
a similar position in the future?
Recruiters Advantage stores the detail on every Job Listing from our clients. In the future should you have the same or a similar need, you will be able to access that job information, make any edits that are needed, and request a new search.
8. How do you handle a "confidential" job opening?
At the time that you record the details of the Job Listing, you may specify which information candidates are allowed to view and which may not be seen during the initial search. Candidates may also choose to remain "confidential" and not reveal personally identifiable information. Once you have expressed interest in a candidate who has requested confidentiality, that candidate will be informed of your interest and identity. The candidate is then given the choice to reveal their contact information or be eliminated from consideration for the position.

9. Do you charge the same price for multiple openings?
Pricing for multiple purchases is available on the Recruiters Advantage website under "Pricing". If a customer wishes to purchase more than 25 Job Listings at one time, a VPA agreement is available by calling our offices at 1-888-576-6100.
10. What determines the number of candidates you will
receive in response to a single Job Listing?
The following elements can determine the number of qualified, interested candidates that respond:
- The speed at which you are seeking qualified and interested candidates; the position remains open for thirty days unless you close it earlier.
- The availability of the type of personnel you require.
- The attractiveness of your company and the job itself.
- The geographic location of the job.
11. What happens if I have already interviewed one
or more of your candidates?
You will continue to receive other qualified, interested candidates
for as long as the Job Listing is active.
12. How long does a search take?
Each search is open for a thirty (30) day period during which interested candidates may submit online applications for consideration. Search results are available as early as 48 hours after the search is conducted. Each time a new candidate submits a completed application, the customer is notified by e-mail. In addition, the customer will receive periodic notice when new candidates have applied for the position that the customer may not have yet reviewed.

13. If our company needs to hire the same type of person
on a regular basis, can Recruiters Advantage fulfill
that need?
Yes. Each search can provide an unlimited number of qualified, interested candidates that you may choose to process and hire. Depending upon your timetable, subsequent searches can be conducted on a regular and re-occurring basis as required.
14. Do you guarantee that a person will be hired as a result
of your efforts?
No. We will source candidates, screen them according to your specifications and provide access to every candidate who applies to your Job Listing. We do not, however, guarantee that you will hire anyone. Once you receive the candidates, it is up to you to determine who among them, if any, is the person to whom you will extend an offer.
15. As the customer, will I have the opportunity to review
the Job Listing and to make any adjustments to the
content before your search begins?
Yes, once the Job Listing is created, a copy will be emailed to the client for review and correction if needed. Recruiters Advantage gives you 24 hours to advise us of any changes before the search for candidates is initiated.
16. What happens if I'm filling out a Job Listing and I get
"stuck"?
Recruiters Advantage offers "Help" on every page of the system in the blue-gray box on the left side of each screen. In addition to this "Help Text", many of the screens contain a "Tips" button. When a user clicks on the "Tips" a detailed explanation dealing with the features offered on that page, appears in a pop-up box.
Finally a Relationship Manager can be contacted by phone or e-mail to address any issues not covered in the "Help Text" or "Tips".
