Richard Searns, CPC

Rick is a Certified Personnel Consultant with over 30 years experience in the recruitment and staffing industry and more than 15 years in the development and marketing of integrated systems for the management of temporary staffing, home health care and executive search firms.

Rick co-founded and successfully operated two temporary staffing and executive search firms (A.P.A. Agency and Key Resource Group). Key Resource Group won the honor of being selected to the INC 500 in 1988. He also co-founded Professional Software Services Corporation to develop and market front and back office software for use in the staffing industry.

Jarilyn King, CPC

Jari is a Certified Personnel Consultant with over 30 years experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. In addition to many years as a successful executive recruiter, she has vast experience training and managing recruiters.

She co-founded and actively managed the operations for A.P.A. Agency and Key Resource Group.

Jari is a former director of the National Association of Personnel Services.
